A blend of three grapes highlighted by Pinot Noir. Aged 22 months in oak. Bouquet of peppermint, blackberries, and a hint of chocolate. Complements hearty cheese, chicken, pasta, and red meat. 0% residual sugar.

This, like our earlier vintages, is full bodied. The bouquet of cherry, black raspberry, and clove is also apparent in the taste. A blend of Chambourcin and Maréchal Foch created this rich, full-bodied wine which will continue to mature for at least 10 years. Distinctive bouquet of cherry, chocolate, and strawberry.
